it deserves its 2 stars. convenient base for 1 night in cebu, superior hotel. the staff was accommodating here.

Considering other options in Cebu this one is good value. Comforts of superior double room were fabulous - a flat-screen TV and a work desk. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance...
